Cohn Urges Adoption of PROMISE Act for Public Education Funding

In his recent op-ed for The Boston Sun, Ward 4 Chair Jonathan Cohn supports Senator Sonia Chang-Diaz’ PROMISE Act, which would “update the state’s funding formula, enable cities to more accurately count their low-income student population, and ensure a minimum level of aid for every district.”
