Boston City Council Recognizes Jackie Royce, Climate Activist

On Wednesday, May 4th, Jackie Royce was honored with a special resolution by the Boston City Council. The commendation, sponsored by City Councilor Kenzie Bok, cites Jackie’s dedicated stewardship of the local environment through her work with Gas Leaks Allies and the Boston Clean Energy Coalition, her work with Neighborhood Association of Back Bay’s Green Committee, and her leadership of the Muddy Water Initiative and Boston Green Action. The resolution notes “her tireless dedication to caring for our common home.”

Jackie, a long-time member of the Ward 4 Dems, celebrated her 89th birthday with the City Councilors and her family.
