Ward 4’s Jackie Royce Promotes Boston Community Choice Electricity Program One Building at a Time

Boston Green Action Program Targets Back Bay Residents Where They Live

What’s the impact of neighbor-to-neighbor outreach? Boston Green Action founding member Jackie Royce aimed to find out with a flyer highlighting the benefits of Boston Community Choice Electricity. The flyers were slipped beneath neighbors’ doors and posted in community rooms in several nearby residential buildings. It was a prime example of stealth marketing.

The result? Within the first day, one resident wrote, “I just enrolled in the BCCE. It seems like a no-brainer. Am I missing something?”

Kudos to Jackie!
