In his June 8th Letter to Editor (Boston Globe), Ward 4 Vice Chair Jonathan Cohn points to the consequences of over-centralized power in the state legislature. The inertia on Beacon Hill is “worsening…with few bills, few votes, and almost no debate in the session so far.”
