Coming Up: Our Back to School Forum

The Ward 4 Dems are welcoming in the new school year with a special forum featuring some of our remarkable educators. Margaret McKenna will be moderating a conversation with Gary Bailey, Lisa Jeanne Graf, and Suzie McClone. Hear their views on the lasting effects of the pandemic on students, families, and educators; the mounting language, special needs, and achievement gaps; and the local impacts of recent affirmative action rulings.

The Back to School Forum is open to the public. It will begin at 7pm on Tuesday evening, September 19th. At 6:15, we’ll be welcoming Steve Kerrigan, Chair of the Massachusetts Democratic Party.

Location: Union Church, 485 Columbus Avenue
