* Honoring Ward 4 Dems scholarship winners
* Discussion of better signage and voter notification around polling location changes
* Discussion of proposed bylaws updates
* Discussion of increasing engagement among members with endorsed candidates and campaigns
* Formation of possible subcommittees
* Filling vacancies on the committee
