Coming Up: A Virtual Ballot Question Rally

The Boston WardWorks Alliance, a coalition of progressive Democratic ward committees across Boston, is hosting a Virtual Ballot Question Rally on Thursday evening, October 8th from 6:30 to 8pm. This will be an ambitious 90-minute event, featuring speakers on the nine ballot questions on the 2026 MA State ballot.

This is not a debate between YES and NO on each question; invitations have been sent out to the sides endorsed by the Massachusetts Democratic Party and aligned with Democratic values.

The illustrious roster of speakers:

Yes on 1: MA State Auditor Diana DiZoglio

Yes on 2: Becky Wasserman, Committee for Public Counsel Services

No on 3: MA State Senator Lydia Edwards

Yes on 4: Laura Rotolo, ACLU of Massachusetts

No on 5: Phineas Baxandall, Massachusetts Budget & Policy Center

Yes on 6: Katharine Lange, Conservation Law Foundation

Yes on 7: Jesse Kanson-Benanav, Abundant Housing Massachusetts

No on 8: Ryan Dominguez, Massachusetts Cannabis Coalition
