About the Ward 4 Dems
The Boston Ward 4 Democratic Committee is the hub for Democratic activism and engagement in Boston’s Ward 4, which spans parts of the neighborhoods of Back Bay, Fenway, and the South End.
With a core message of advancing the progressive policy initiatives of the Massachusetts Democratic Party, our committee plays a vital role in promoting economic and social justice, leadership accountability, and broad community involvement.
We offer opportunities for local Democrats to hear from electeds and candidates, learn about and advocate for progressive policy, and work to elect strong Democratic candidates up and down the ballot. We believe that civic engagement should be informative, welcoming, and, of course, fun.
Join us to see grassroots democracy in action. Our meetings on the third Tuesdays of the month are open to all.

Our Programs
The Boston Ward 4 Democratic Committee holds monthly meetings on the third Tuesday of the month. Our agendas feature electeds, candidates, and policy advocates. We provide an opportunity for residents of the community to learn more about upcoming elections, engage with their elected representatives, and deepen their knowledge of local, state, and national issues and how to take action on them.
We regularly host candidate forums to increase voter education around major elections. View some of our recent candidate forums.
